My name is Dr. Jackie Rogers, I am a seasoned HR Consultant/Instructional Designer. My experience has been successfully leading and turning around an instructional design project for a government agency; adept in ADDIE model, learning solutions, and strategic HR initiatives. I Hold a Master's in Instructional Systems and Learning Technologies, with a track record in leadership development and organizational effectiveness and a certification from IDOL Academy in instructional design.

I have experience creating content for non-profit, academics and for-profit organizations. Below is more information about me.
